This Scenario covers the Central Andes region containing Southern Peru, Bolivia, Northern Chile, Northern Argentina and the Brazilian border. The scenario spans from 1830 to 1980 and covers many major events in South America’s often violent history. This area is mostly mountainous so building may become expensive, good luck.
Work the vast natural resources of Alaska including the fisheries and coal. Get in on the gold rush in the Yukon.
You will also need to connect the key cities along the Alaska pipeline to deliver workers.
Starting location and skill level selected really changes the game. Goals can be very hard depending where you start. I suggest you start on the easiest skill level with only 1 competitor and then work your way toward a more challenging game.
This map was made free hand and gives a general depiction of New England terrain, city placement, industry and resources. There was no real amount of gold around here as far as I know, but there are many other recourses that I will represent with gold and Coal mines.

Later, you will have to move food and milk to support the growing region and then help modernize it by introducing automobile travel. Finally you will have to create an industrial empire and monoploize the region.
