I seems it's a distributed key management via threshold cryptography, and "blinding". A secure storage and retrieval of information (SSRI), set up for the file shearing system.

Maybe Wal*Mart has it (SMR) in their rot bin for $10. It looks like that will be my only way to get unpackable FPK files.
Unless Mike finds a way to separate the encryption or 2K sends them to me.
I'll try to work with the files I do have via modded FPK files.
Snoopy hooked me up with a good copper industries that just needs a little tweeking. So I'll work on that for now and hopefuly get a New England Final out and then New England Big (15x15)
