These are Goods you can add to your custom map.
For SAM maps the Assets folder should be placed in your UserMaps folder.
For other type of maps it also can be placed in the CustomAssets folder. There are really no strict rules about it.
The XLM normally be added to the RRT_Goods.XLM file (That is in the UserMaps folder)
