How I see it

Post by Big Papa » Thu May 10, 2007 8:40 pm

Maps and mods take a lot of time. The cool thing is that when you make one you can do it up however you want, objectives, size etc. Everyone here that has ever posted a map or mod gets two thumbs up from me. Thanks for all the hard work everyone.

Yeah, a big thanks from me too.Without you guys i would have trown this game in the bin already.

I can imagine how much work this is and i wouldn't know how to do it.Well i'm working with a PC for a few years now without lessons or something and normaly i speak Dutch so, another language is also an obstacle to deal with.I say this because the software from my PC is English.Those new XPS700 machines from Dell don't have Dutch software.You see!!

Anyway, keep up the good work, guys :wink:

This might not be the place to say but i have'nt seen a map from Africa yet( besides north-Africa).I think you can do a lot with this.It's a huge country.

For exemple the most important city's; Johannesburg and Capetown in South-Africa; Nairobi in Kenya; Kinshasa in Zaire; Adis Abeba in Ethiopia;
Marrakech in Marocco etc....

A few new goods; Diamonds and emeralds from South-Africa and Zaire to make jewelry; maybe wild animals from Kenya and Tanzania to export to zoo's;mahonywood from Zaire and Ivorycoast to make furniture and sculptures,maniokfields, banana and pineapple plantations for food.Crocodilefarms to have leather for clothing and wallets.Just a few ideas.
Scenarios; connect Marrakesh to Capetown and make the longest railroad ever right trough the Sahara-desert and the rainforrests.

I think you can come up with a lot more because you're good at this.

See ya.
