Only about 2 decades late but I did say in a front page post about a tool to view the details of a saved game, and here we are.
It's a single file app. No help because there's really only one thing to know. A single click on the banner text will prompt you to open a saved game.
The installer will set a file association for the app to .SMRailroadsSavedGame files so you can double click to open a saved game.
I did say I thought I send-to would be cool but that's annoying, when ya think of it.
After it loads a saved game, it will scan the same folder and list any other saved games it finds. That way you can then browse the saved games easily.
