question then, Darth....
Clearly, your the sort of on line player a minnow like me needs to avoid till I learn more of your tricks.
Lets reverse the situation, though. You are red and blue has just 'shot' a major part of his cash wad doing this to you. How do you counter and sink him? Clearly, he;s at least cash poor, since he had to build all this trackage...
somewhere I read you can vandalize your opponents tracks

Good question,
but again while I'm up for the most vile of tricks, I don't find this one promising. It works against the AI and against a greenhorn player but any player who knows bridges will laugh at the $ you wasted and go over whatever part he/she likes.
The best justice for a player who likes to block is a savvy bridge builder.
Here's another example that you should appreciate: This issue will come up frequently without a blocker. Say you're just moving into some fella's city to steal his fine automobiles, but his 7 tracks are all over the place making it hard to get in and then out if desired (likely).
I suggest building an "L train" or "elevated train", it's a bit more expensive, but nothing compared to the wavy tracks you're gonna need to find another option (or of course theres tracksneaking if ya wanna STAY a greenhorn .... Anyway, so you build em right up in the air over his tracks. Now you can build double tracks up there, whatever you like.
For a human, what i did to that poor computer should be simply....stupid.
as a bridge will get you out of almost every part of that mess. The only thing I would be concerned about is finding the right place at that station to do the double tracks to allow for good access. But I don't think it would take long and ultimately, its only visually a mess.
But I think I would have said something to the blue player before I went over his tracks such as "interesting strategy lol". As it is pretty funny but yes, clearly a waste of money against a seasoned human.
Hope that clarifies.
