There is no "New Topics" in Mods - Misc header???

Are you speaking of the fact that no one has posted there lately, or that you cannot see the box with the ywllow notepad above 'Subscribe forum' on the left above the black bar?

Can't say. I can see it just fine. You might want to try a different browser and/or try to get ahold of the Admin.

Jancsika is correct....Snoopy, I'm using Internet Explorer 8 and Mozilla Firefox 3.6 but I didn't see that only on Mod-Misc Topic...and
I think you wear the Transparent glasses Snoopy........

Ok can see it only if you are Loged out but as soon as you Login it goes into hiding. I tried a copy and paste of the new topic link -> http://www.hookedgamers.com/forums/post ... =post&f=46 and it said you are not allowed to post in this forum so i guess permissions have been messed up on the branch of the forum.

Vzbob is right. You can see it when logged out, but then it says "You can not post on this forum" Catch 22.
As for contacting the administration: Falconeer does not have an address listed. We just hope that he will read this line once a while.

... and if a site does not work with MS explorer, it does not have a business to be....
