Those are acela Series Not only reskin TGV but has edited by 3ds max in order to to shape form with real acela
Those trains called Acela, Acela Thalys and Acela Pendolino, you can see that train in MSTS

I didn't convert that's model from MSTS model because I don't have converter from MSTS model shape (*.s) to 3ds max file(3ds), just edit sample shape (dash92000.3ds) from msts ("../../Train Simulator/SAMPLES/dash92000.3ds) with 3ds max 8 and repaint with skin from exctracted skin dash 9 upgrading..
