Shipping Ports!!
OK.....Got it. The attached ZIP is a KFM of the dock, with containers, and the XML with the code that goes in RRT_Decorations.xml. The Dock can be placed, and track laying won't move it. The game has a Factory.KFM that Firaxis never used, but Daryl did in his MID_EAST map, Metal Works Factory. This could be used as 1 to 3 port building, each with a different name, and taking in/putting out different Goods. Create a 'City' with 10 for the <Size>, 'Port' for the <szName> and 0 large and medium buildings and 1 small building (their has to be at least 1 building). place the city near the shore, and even do a bit of laying of a road to the dock.
So, there is your Dock which can be used in the Victory Conditions, Doc....

I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....
Time...what's that? Two hours from 1:00 to 2:55....at night. Then I lay in bed thinking about how it would look better with 1 pile of containors deleted, one replaced with a pile of crates and one replaced with a pile of barrels. But then if someone isn't shipping barrels......... Long night, short sleep.
That shipping building needs to have the ground around it removed. And the Depot radius seems a bit large. Gotta find where that is controled.
I will publish the rest of the data needed to do this.

I FPKed the needed files and wrote up an installation sheet with all the XML material needed. Karsten, if you use this, be so good as to edit the warehouse a couple of times so multiples can be used at the same port, but with a bit of a different look. I may yet get time to do it myself also.
Hoping to see this on a few maps....
