.str File endings and a map Problem

Hi guys i need a program that can open up these data

X:\Games\Sid Meier's Railroads!\Assets\Localization

str_DEU.STR
str_ESP.STR
...
...
str_NLD.STR

Coz i want to get rid of a special translation bug in the game.

Any ideas?

Ah and another one: I have a map and i can play it without any problems. But if randomize the area and the positions of the cities the map will load and load and load........and so on.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried a Hex editor? If not then let me know what text you are looking for and I'll see if it's in there.

Oh that would be nice from you.

I search the word "Stadt". It has to be there 2 times.

Coz Fireaxis messed it up and named the size of City and Town both the same word in german.

City = Stadt
Town = Stadt

But it has to be:

City = Stadt
Town = Kleinstadt

Another one is the word for Stock. Its about shares you Own at the beginning of a map.
Fireaxis looked into the dictionary and they choose the first word. "Vieh"
But in german its wrong. So it hast to be: Stock = Aktien

Umm, I searched str_DEU.STR for Stadt and it is in there 161 times so you may have to do this on your own since I don't read German and can't figure out which one(s) need changing.
