Intercontinental Download Link?

Seems the moddb page no longer has a functioning mirror for this. Anyone know where I can find the intercontinental mod?

I just downloaded it from moddb so they must of had a bug when you tried yesterday.

I've got the Railroads w/ 1.10 patch and 3G enabled and regularly use your map shifter. Any problems running intercontinental with this? If I need to uninstall it, does it take all of Railroads with it, or just revert to the original install. Thanks

& the Map Shifter will still work with SMRI? Or is it like Railroad Tycoon 3's Trainmaster Version, where you can still run either the original RT3 or the TM version.
