KaiserWilhelm Map "Vancouver Island"

What happen on this map, to be honest it is only small problem, and it reference to which your ability to work with xml files,
Where error happen that is on RRT_Scenario_User_Vancouver Island.xml
1. error on writing xml on top line : <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>, the red letter shoudbe not in there, every start to write xml file you have to use letter "<" and closed with letter ">", if not what happen on kaiserwihelm will hapenn to you.
2. KaiserWihelm use map with size 144 (12x12) but in RRT_Scenario_User_Vancouver Island.xml he wrote map size is 255 (15x15).

3.<szMapThumbnail>map_Vancouver Island.dds</szMapThumbnail> shouldbe written as <szMapThumbnail>map_Vancouver Island_thumbnail.dds</szMapThumbnail>
