Out of sync on my custom map?

What causes this? It happens pretty quickly, usually within 10 mins of starting up the map. Neither of us are cheating, we dont live far away and weve played quite a few other custom maps with no issues. For the life of me I dont get why its just my map. Thanks in advance.

Did a few more tests, it seems to only happen when one of us bids on an industry. I even removed all but 1 from the map and it still happened immediatly, very strange

Kind of the nature of the internet, LAGging connections. Maybe a smaller custom map, or could try establishing a dialup network first, but that is so 90s. Or one day have both computers at the same house on the same home network and try again, if the SYNC errors do not come back, it must be a way that they are communicating, I blame internet providers and the way they talk to each other, slowly. If you both have the same provider of internet service, then I throw up my hands and reconnect from a saved game.
