Slow down game time

I have seen on one of snoop's posts that you can slow down the game time and have pm him on this of which he pointed me to the wiki for help, but i still cant seem to find where this is changed in the wiki.

Could anyone tell me where you can change this please...thanks.

Does this modification make the ai dumb? Since i playing with this mod i can win in no time, on any difficulty setting. Something i'm missing?

Hmm, I wonder if the AI speed is slowed down as well.

Okay i decreased the number and the ai is killer again. It seems you can't slow down the game as much as you like, the ai goes insane after a time. And what i noticed, changes in stock prices are reported in every year, maybe this is how the ai sees the stock changes? Maybe the graphs can be set to show monthly changes, and that could change the behavior of the ai on slower game times?

Ok, so the ai plays better this time, but still i think something holds it back. Can anyone confirm that, or is it just me gettin better?

I suspect you are getting better. Are you playing on Robber Baron? I sometimes will get a challenge on that level, but nearly always buy them all out. I will play with the speed and test if I have some time.
