How do you change Industry elevation?

Hi all. In attempting to place a coal mine on a rocky hill, the mine is below ground level. Is there a keystroke that changes elevation placement? It looks like ALT is for rotating and CTRL is scale, but I can't figure out any other keyboard shortcuts, and I don't see any "elevation" icon in the editor. Thanks!

Targa - if you read the threadI did called 'Map Making 101' you'll see mention of a wrench on the right end on the boxes. Put your mine about where you want it and left click somewhere on the map to release it. Then click on the wrench which is called 'Fix World' and the mine will set itself at the correct level. Make adjustments and click it again. If you click that box before everytime you save, everything will set correctly on the map.
