Disappearing tracks and terrain, again!

The problem of disappearing tracks and flooded landscape has been with us since the very first. Setting the shader to medium did eliminate that problem, but (and there is considerable disagreement) I believe that it will slow the game down, especially with older graphic cards. I have an ATI Radeon 9600/512, and towards the endgame the redraw is just plain awful.
I was playing BasinAndRange, and accidentally left the shader low. With the result of tracks disappearing, etc. Then I took my Paintshop Pro and repainted the terrain (that’s the second from the top) in “map_BasinAndRange.tgaâ€

Jancsika,
Yes, please feel free to share your work as Big Papa and I would like to know how to prevent this issue in the future. It would be helpful to know which texture is causing the shaders to go crazy. Do you know which texture you eliminated that cleared up the issue?

I don’t really know which textures were eliminated, because I started with one texture and kept on adding to it. I rather think that the trouble might be in a corrupt color, which could be in one corrupt pixel, that is of course impossible to detect.

I have no idea how to load that in the map. Can you put up the map_BasinAndRange picture that you used for the game?

Here is what you do:
Step one:
Go in your directory: “C:/…/My documents/My games/Sid Meier’s Railroads!/Custom Assets/XML/_SCENARIOS_/BasinAndRangeDemo/â€

Thanks Jancsika. You can tell the difference. I think it's a little greener.
