In my messing around I made some changes in a Scenario XML and put it in the maps folder but forgot to remove the original one. Darned if they both didn't show up!
What this means is that if you like a map and you want to keep the Scenario but have some changes in mind, you can leave your new one in the same folder, just give it a different name. If you have some changes in any of the XMLs, give them a different name, change the name in your new Scenario, and it will work.
To do any of this, copy the XML you want to change into another folder, say XML, change the name, and move it back. As far as the Scenario XML goes, you should also give the title a different name or just add a number to it. You can keep a steam/diesel version AND have a diesel version of the same map.
