Here's an idea-
a list of all the XML 'primary' tags and all of the potential 'arguments' they could take...
For example how many different "Victory Conditions" are there? I always have to hunt other folks' scenarios to get the syntax correct and often discover an 'argument' that I didn't even know existed.

Plus an explanation of each tags' meaning (like what's up with the 'gender' tag in Names.xml - what would happen if I changed it to 'F' for Female? -

The Gender tag is most likely only used by the people who translated the Names_XXX.xml files from english to other languages. Some languages have different gender formations for the words. Such as in Spanish there are male and female spellings various verbs and such. Some Nouns also have gender in Spanish.
