Smr Simple!

Well i have a little project but what i want to know are we allowed to change everything (ingame menu's/movies/...) in order to make a full mod ?

Do we need your (Firaxis) permission, if so who do need to contact ...

I have no objections to that... can't guarantee that there is a non-destructive way of getting it to work without overwriting core game assets, so you'd be doing it at your own risk, but I don't see why we would have an issue with this...
