Railroad Senario Manager Basics

Post by MrScott2007 » Tue Nov 07, 2006 10:30 pm

Now that I'm done with the logo thingy, I'm moving on to senario creation.

I spent a day with the RR Senario Manager program, just playing with different adjustments.

Right now I'm making a test senario for the northeast map. I just wanted to add the industry "milk" to the map. I made the adjustments in the senario manager.

When I started the map. The milk was in demand by the cities (as I programed it to) However, there was no dairy farms on the map.

How do I get the dairy farms to show on the map?

After you put in a 'Goods', go to the Industries tab and at the bottom of the list is a blank spot with an arrow. Click the arrow, highlight the industry that produces it and click the '+' button. Be sure to add needed 'Goods' if you add something like Automobiles which needs Steel which needs Coal. These then would need a Steel Mill and a Coal Mine.

I hope this helps....
