I'm in need of a source of a program or programs to work on Icons. I have IrView, IcoFX and Paint Shop Pro 7. I can do the Icons just fine, it's that Alpha thing that gets me in trouble. I can't seem to get rid of that background square. Either I don't have the correct program or I'm doing something wrong,
help....

I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....

Sorry snoop, I keep getting side tracked on this issue for you. I'll see if I can do something tomorrow as I just gave atani some installer system updates to play with.

Doc, one thing you could do if you have the time is a tutorial in Wiki on how to make or edit icons. It would come in handy for anyone making a map who wants new Goods, Industries and Cars. If you can, try to use a freeware program for us pow fowks.
