Hi Folks, A new map is under construction. Midwest Freight is all about moving freight around the upper Midwest. No sitting back and watching your passenger trains bring in the money. Not this time. The first engine for this map will be the CB&Q 2-8-2 number 4960.

The next engine for this map will be the big GTW 4-8-4 number 6304.

The next engine for this map has been seen before - the Chesapeake and Ohio 2-6-6-2 number 1276.

The nest engine set for use on this map is the Chicago and Northwestern GP7 number 4432.

This map will include the Burlington Northern GP9 number 1729.

The next engine for this map will be the Indiana and Ohio Railway GP40 number 4236.

The next engine for this map is an old friend - the Rock Island GP38-2 number 4353.

The next engine for this map will be the Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern SD40-2 number 6201.

The last planned engine for this map is the Illinois Central SD70 number 1012.

There is still a lot of work to do, but progress is being made.

Hi Folks. I have gotten everything transferred from my practice map to the Midwest Freight map and re-tested. Now I am starting testing for playability. This may take a while. This map covers a much larger area than I typically have used. I suspect a number of adjustments will probably be required. we will see how it goes.

I have finally finished testing on this map. All testing has been done at the Mogul level. I have finished work on the physical map. I now have to get the event files put together. I am getting there, little by little. Hopefully the finished map is not too far off.
