Himachal SAM1 Map

Here is a SAM variation of Vinay001-s Himachal map.
The original is located at http://www.hookedgamers.com/forums/view ... =42&t=4084
In order to make it small enough I had to eliminate features that required FPK assets.
That is the Tenders and the fancy diesel engines. The goods and industries are all remained as they were.
I’ve kept the dual engines. Here I could use some help: I was unable to show the names of the dual engines in the roundhouse. I’ve used some samples from an other map of mine and they show up OK, but the new engines don’t.
I have also tinkered with the engine performances, so a newer engine will always will be better performing than the older models.

Do you happen to have a version with the "fancy diesel engines" intact? Either way this will be going on smrsimple, thank you for SAM'ing it.

Before you disply it the Roundhoouse has to be repaired.

For a first map, this shows good potential. The use of dual engines is a nice touch. The landscape would have more challenge with expensive tunnels - otherwise the mountainous terrain is invisible to the AI, and soon to the human player as well.

The scenario needs some salt and vinegar. Once the initial goals are fulfilled, I wonder who would sit and wait another 700 years to accumulate the final $500 million? :P

Technically, I found only one major problem. There is no goods-synchronized event file (an ongoing issue with SAM maps, I wonder why?), so the map will crash unexpectedly on hitting an unsupported random event.

I have fixed the dual trains. They are posted in the first post.
There are no other changes.
This is a very attractive map and I'll work up a scenario, but that will take some time.
