Ok here you are getting the wrong Idea you can have up to 31 different goods do not work on 4 of this and that.
you can have 10, 20 or more iron lumber etc, but you can only 1 of each goods up to 31 in a map.

In your list above you only have 9 goods but can have more.

OK, here's what you got:

Lumber -> Paper
Oil -> Medicine
Grain -> Food
Cattle -> Food
Gold Ore -> Gold
Iron Ore -> Iron
Coal -> Steel or None (Power Station, None does not count as a Good)
Passengers
Mail
Steel -> Autos

So, you list consistst of:

Autos
Cattle
Coal
Food
Gold
Grain
Iron
Iron Ore
Lumber
Mail
Medicine
Oil
Ore (Gold)
Paper
Passengers
Steel

16 Goods. You have to count the Raw Goods, Middle Goods and the Finished Goods. The Finished Goods you decide what size of town they will first go into. Middle Goods fall between the Raw and the Finished, like Steel.

So you are way under count.Most people put Mail in the Villages on up, and start Passengers in the Town on up. Your decide tho.
I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....

Oh wow. Yeah I was working under the wrong impression. If we can have 32 different types of resources rather than 32 total resources sites on the map, that changes things. I'd certainly like to see Fish and Canaries added to the map, for starters.

I think we should keep the precedent of Mail in the Villages on up, and Passengers in the Town on up.

I'll look into this a bit more and get back to yall with some revised ideas.
