This XML that controls this is RRT_Goods_UK2.xml. Open that one and RRT_Goods.xml in the GLOBALS. Near the end of each Goods section of the GLOBAL will be two lines:
<MinPrice>6000</MinPrice>
<MaxPrice>12000</MaxPrice>
Simple copy these into RRT_Goods_UK2.xml right after each Good:
<Good>
<szName>Passengers</szName>
<MinPrice>6000</MinPrice>
<MaxPrice>12000</MaxPrice>
</Good>
and change it to what you want. You only have to make one copy and paste it after each Good, then edit each one. Base it on the GLOBALS prices and jack them up a bit.
The real idea of this game is strategy, what Annexes are nearby that my starting town can use, how far is it to the next town that takes in Passengers/Mail? Upgrading a Depot to a Station to a Terminal gets more money for Passengers. Where can I dump the Goods that are coming from the Industry in a town I have access to? What benefit will I get buying an Industry?
As the saying goes, "If at first you don't succeed, try try again."
But if you want to change the prices, hey, it's your game..

No need now, I've figured out how to play this game properly! I try to have few trains running, but doing many things. For example, pick up the nitrates from a farm, drop them where they're needed, pick up the resulting medicine with the same train, drop it at a hospital and then send the train on a passenger run for a few stations before sending it back to the farm by which time the nitrates would've been fully restocked and then do the whole process again. A few lines doing this sort of thing along with some passenger lines and I'm making a mint! I need to go up to a higher difficulty now, I'm finding it too easy!

Added Installer and SAM version to first post.
Re: UK standard map WITH A BIG PRODUCTION CHANGE
Excuse me, but I downloaded this map last week. It was a SAM then and the UK2_SAM.zip file I downloaded is 4.17 MB in size. I don't understand what is going on. I noticed that you made the same post in the Texas, Spain, Styx, and UK2 map threads. Do I need to download all the maps you say you "Added Installer and SAM version to first post" again?
This is very confusing.
