the new holaday train just shows up as a red dot and crashes my computer unless i add it into my train xml but i dont have it perfict

I had the same problem, it was the tender mod. I fixed it by going into the Christmas scenario's trains.xml file and copying the christmas train section into the tender mod xml, and it worked fine. This can really be another odd one. I loaded the scenario up and ran it with no problems and I've kept up with all the mods and updates. Where can the problem be???
