the new holaday train just shows up as a red dot and crashes my computer unless i add it into my train xml but i dont have it perfict

I had the same problem, it was the tender mod. I fixed it by going into the Christmas scenario's trains.xml file and copying the christmas train section into the tender mod xml, and it worked fine. While I was at it, I also added one of the tender cars to the Christmas train.

This can really be another odd one. I loaded the scenario up and ran it with no problems and I've kept up with all the mods and updates. Where can the problem be???
