Refund amount of deleted track?

I have a question for you egg people out there....(By this I refer to the crazy guy in Clerks that does random and excessive tests on eggs....) Does anyone know what the % of refund is on tracks deleted....?
I had a guy tell me that you got it all back except the costs of changing landscape. But I know this is not true (which makes sense) and it seems like you get maybe 50% of it back.
Anyone tested this or know more than I do? If so, do share.
