Running in the background

I was showing my brother the new GP-7 and he noticed the game jerking. I called up Windows Task Manager - Processes and here is a program running in the background now and then taking 15% to 30% of the CPU time. I searched for the program and found it to be the newest version of Nero! For some reason every time something was accessed by Railroads, Nero had something it needed to do. I cut Nero down to minimum program and the jerkiness went away. Something you don't normally expect.....
