Smr Simple!

Since I reinstalled Windows 7 32-bit (and 64-bit also doesnt work) I cannot "activate" game. I am connected to internet then Screen shot taken comes up, and I click "Already Connected" (also tried other option, didnt work).
Next error screen appears

how can i activate it and play? I have a legit key code that worked years ago.

Where did you buy the game from? I do not recognize that window.

From an online download source, paid the normal $50 for the game or whatever... and now I cannot seem to contact them for help
