Unable to get map editor to work

I've just got a quick question about the map editor. I am unable to get it to show in the Main Menu. Here is my settings.ini:

Can someone explain what I have done wrong?

Have you patched to 1.10?

Well, Kyle, aside from various differences due to settings, the only thing I see missing is this: EditorWarningViewed = 1
Perhaps you need to restart it and view the warning, then it will display?

Your editor path is unusual, mine looks like below, for example. Note the reference to the UserMaps directory. If you don't have that, the best is to reinstall from scratch. :(
