Hi,
As we all know by now on Windows 7 and 8 this game is a bug ridden crash fest.
I already tried the official patch and the 3G enabler. Helped a little but still most of the maps in the Map database just cause the game to crash on loading...
Anyone else got this problem and anyone found a solution?

My first suggestion would be to put Win 7 and 8 out of your misery by shooting them... 
But, seriously, are you putting more than one of these maps, the ones called SAM or SAM2, in your UserMaps folder at a time? The name stands for Stand Alone Maps, and more than one at a time installed will not work.
Also, do you have the Holidays map installed? They do not work with that one in there either.
Your CustomAssets folder must be empty too.

I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....
