excellent thank you, I will should be able to start the engine now :) I'm working on the tender right now, seeing if I can get that working.

edit- trying to figure out if they used a rigid or smooth bind. although chances are they din't use maya :/

yea I intend to add more cars as well hehe :) I intend to add lots if I can :P.

quick questions anyone know what a .kfm file is for? its located in the same place as the nifs? and .dds files in the other packs.

hmm I hope there is a different way to make it them then that, nifskope can save them but it dosn't seem to, always crashes.

few other files I'm not sure of either, sigh maybe there all anim files. hmm means I need to start blender.

there is quite a bit to figure out here, I can do the nifs fine and have them exporting now I need to get the kfm and km files.

well I have it done, but I need to be able to make the kfm file, If I can't figure that out, no train :/

just tried with the kfm that the crashing nifscope made, well it caused SMR to crash too.

edit 2- so I can make the nif files, but the KFM file is trouble the one I do make causes the game to crash the other parts are the KF files, now for train cars these might just be placeholders. but there are 12 of them.

ok this is where I'm at on the Engine itself, but I'm still having trouble with kfm/kf files I know there animation files, but unless I get some help with them we may be ool.

the engine itself isn't much yet, but after about 30min its where I'm at.
