Gimme gimme gimme!
They look cool, I'd love to see how they looked behind my AEM7. Can't wait to get my hands on em, especially that second skin. I've been using the TGV cars with the AEM7 but I have a feeling that these will look perfect behind it. I can send you a copy of the AEM7 if you want to check it out, let me know. I'm not 100% done with it yet but I hope to have it out ASAP.

Cool "can we we get the skins"
Better still why don't you do a little tutorial for us all on how you did that.
Lots forum posts here and there with bits and pieces but a nice new forum post with a tutorial would be awesome.

That's a nice job so far ace13567. I was thinking about passenger and mail cars as well after I finish a couple other projects. My thought is can there be more than Two types of passenger and mail cars. There is the type one for the steam trains... Then there is the type two like the TVG_ICE train.
Can there be three or more typre of passenger cars or is there just two?
I haven't dug that deep into them yet.
But...I do like your idea...looks good.

i think you can have each type of train have a differet set of cars but i think it would take allot of editingLowell wrote:That's a nice job so far ace13567. Lowell & Ace:
You can fiddle around with the carsets. For example, I copied all the v2 freight cars and renamed them _tgv. Then, in my XML, I changed all early steam to v1 cars, late steam to v2 cars, and diesels to tgv cars. I was therefore able to have a third carset that used the steel tgv cars with modern freight cars. I imagine it would have worked the same if I renamed my entire tgv set v3, but I didn't try.
Are you planning on releaseing these cars, either as a stand-alone or in a map you're working on?
