Ok, that must have to do with the reasons vzbob gave here: viewtopic.php?p=51047#p51047 I know I've had over 20 different IP addresses for my account and have logged in from maybe 3 different locations. Beyond that, I know nothing about them.
I'm correct 97% of the time..... who cares about the other 4%....

Your new IP number is being blocked by hosts listed as hostile on http://hosts-file.net/ . I have no control over what IP number they have list as bad.

You do need to find a Better ISP that does not allow spammer using them. As i told you before your IP number changes all the time and it seems the number you have been allocated now is one that was used by spam folks.
