Its all to do with Frames Per Second 30 fps is playable (not referring to SMR) most games will run on lower speced machines if you lower the quality settings. SMR is playable on most machines. Cut down on clouds, trees etc.
Also like most laptops the drivers are way old check out

also check there forums for lots of info on the 7150M
(Same drivers from NVIDIA but with modded infs. (means you can use the latest drivers as the go series are added into the infs))

Yes it can since it had dedicated video. I have played railroads on a 128mb card on my desktop and it runs and looks real nice. If you want to play games like crysis or any other newer games it is best to get a desktop with atleast a 768mb card.
