It works fine for me...you have it setup correct. I make my station platforms longer...but yours still works. How are your graphics settings set?

Interesting, I never thought that res settings could affect game play.

Mine are set as 1400 x 1050, 8x anti-aliasing, Trees= High, Shadows= Off, Shader=High...you may want medium, Textures=High. I'm using an EVGA (Nvidia) 680i SLI motherboard with an EVGA (Nvidia) 8800, I run the motherboard and system ram (4gig ddr2 d/c) at 800mhz. Its running xp but have the vista upgrade...I'm backing everything up right now getting ready. Believe it or not the "Northbridge chipset" is very important...I've had real good luck so far with their motherboard...Nvidia is the way to go for now. You will need to increase your page/swap file size...the game and windows won't run without it. Anouther trick is to use the new style hard drives...you need the newer style motherboards for this trick though...
Get the hard drive that is S-ATA/7200rpm/16M/"and transmits data at" 3.0 Gbps.
That can run windows data and the games and more back and forth with no problem. Vista will run better on these drives than the older snail pace drives...as I have built a couple new pcs with vista already...just not my workstation yet.
