Smr Simple!

so has anyone found a cure for the problem of having to have the CD in the CD ROM or it wont play
I prefur to use a backup or an emulator and keep the original in the box
because my kids will invarriably wreck the cd sooner or later

any help or info would be greatly appreciated

What you are looking for is a no-cd patch. Most games have one and they can be easily found by using Google. All you need to do is search for "Sid meier's railroads! no cd patch" then download the unlocked .exe and replace the original one.
