A new Railroads game?

Looked at train crazy on steam and the reviews have scared me away...has anyone played it here and what is you op.

Also, has anyone thought to contact sid meiers games and ask if they would consider an updated version? Would buy it in a heartbeat.

Not lately, Open Transport Tycoon is updated often though.

It is a little tough to get started, getting the graphics and sounds, but worth it in the end.
