the yellow and blues look fine...what is your water color set for? Which map is that.
EDIT//
The water color can be found inside the maps Scenario.xml file...in the main heading.
<szShallowWaterColor>0,0,0</szShallowWaterColor>
<szDeepWaterColor>0,0,0</szDeepWaterColor>
The reason I think it is your maps water color is I have seen maps crash and when the player returns it has changed the maps water color. A friend is using a 7900 Nvidia card...I have seen it do that on his machine with that card...I use the 8800's and have not had that trouble before. Looking at your screenshot...if you look at your sysem taskbar at the bottom of your screenshot...you will see that all your colors are being rendered by your card correctly, so that is not the trouble...check the maps water color in the file. The only problem might be your saved game might not "see" the change if you set the figures back...it may have crashed and corupted the water colors in your saved file...it may change back after a few saves leave to desktop and return...that is what happened to my friend as well. I was thinking it had something to do with the shaders and that the 8800 cards do a million times more than other cards with shaders so I have never had this trouble. Looks like Santa needs to drop an 8800 Nvidia card off this season huh...
I ask again...which map is that?

Hmm. The overall color looks correct, but there is a bunch of grey in the blue of the water. I'd agree with Lowell and wonder if you hadnt changed your water color first.
If thats not the case, the second most likely culprit is your monitor... someone's ill behaved program has dinked with the Gamma correction. the next possibility after that is that your blue channel is going out, wich could either be a loose pin and wire inyour video cable, or your monitor is getting ready to die.
