I wasn't specific enough about what type of mod. I downloaded Rodea2007's Dash-9, and the files I had to add too, but I can't figure out where to put his train files!

I can't figure out how to install a mod.Do I just put all the files in custom assets?
I'm a newbie, and HELP! I'm clueless!
