It's a hack to a saved game. The locations of all towns and industries are stored as their actual coordinates. In the map's city xml file (RRT_Cities_Dakota_Territory.xml) it says the town of Martin starting X point is 34, but in a saved game it's -5939.2. Because stations are created, they will be ...
