Cool thanks. But should you have a swap file on each partition including the one where you have installed the game, or only on the partition (c:\) where windows is installed?

Also which section of your hard drive should you have the swap file on?

i have a 200gig HD which i partioned into C:, D:, E: and F:

I have games installed on E:\

I have 1 gig RAM, but was thinkins of adding another gig

Whats the best size for a swap file and what are the dependants?
Could you elaborate step-by-step please?
