I crash to the desktop when I try to run your map. Any idea what other maps are required? I've got most of the common ones, arizona, america, superbowl...

I'm running a core2duo @3.5GHz with 2Gb so I don't think my computer is the problem.

industries

Cool map and very doable. Not that I know how to do it, but... it would have been nice if you had changed the industries you could purchase. E.G. building a car plant in San Angelo would really be perfect to grow it out by moving steel there. You can buy an arms factory, but no place to ship the arm...

I didn't have the beer cask car in my global traincars. Let me see if it works now.

Thanks I can make beer now, but as soon as I try to move it the game crashes to the desktop. Is there another map required for this game?

Looks like fun, but still trying to figure out how to get beer.... I can't build a brewery (it's not in the list of available industries) nor is there one anywhere on the map.
It'd be nice to have an oil field somewhere too :?

Did I get an old version of the setup file?

Thanks!

Once you get through the wood to needles and passengers to ash fork life gets a lot easier....
Started in flagstaf, put a stockyard in williams, pricey but once it starts demanding passengers the money making machine is finally on track.

Mojos: yeah I managed it, pretty easy actually. The requirement is an average speed of 70 mph, not time, so I took my passengers on a three year long trip non-stop around the US, all straight tracks etc. I could probably have walked myself from DC to NY in that time, but it was the average that matt...

Just leave the speed condition in. It's really not that bad, I've now done 84 mph! (I've done the Italy one at 167mph. ) Remember it is not travel time, but average speed, thus the larger the distance traveled (on straight track) the less and less the acceleration/decel around the stations adds to y...

After renaming cattle to livestock in scenario.xml, I managed to at least complete that part. Still can't get the commute time requirement. The best I have managed is 62 mph average with the final train you get which goes 90 mph. Has anybody managed that one? Never mind, I figured it out, as soon as...
