Smr Simple!

In some online plays, My train stands at a resource and just won't load. The competition merrily loads train after train, while main just parks and builds a deficit. Is this a known issue?

I ask because during some online games, I get the impression that things are somewhat strange...

Could you please rephrase this so that a casual play like me can understand it? I just don't understand your point. Are you saying one can upgrade the AI? And if YES, then how exactly?

The type of routing seems to depend on the level of difficulty chosen. On robber baron, I lack the funds to build a rail net for simple multitrack routing.

Just thought I'd pass this on. Till yesterday, I had hardly any trouble playing SMRR. I then OC'ed my CPU and used MBM5 during play. The game crashed frequently. I prefer to merge. If I liquidate, the competition will get all those goods for some time. Even if the company is a mess, it steals goods from others and prevents their expansion.

Doesn't this more or less boil down to this: You are extending the time you have to fullfill the scenario objectives? In that sense, it would make the game a lot easier.

I have been playing the northeast map, short scenario, three opponents. I have some difficulty seeing how to get 50 passengers from NY to Washington. I have done it when I start near the connection line. But when I start elsewhere, I don't manage to do it: Just getting rails to NY somehow doesn't cu...

Iv'e done that for takeovers. To finally take over a competitor, I sold a share of mine, dissolved his rails for cash and bought my share back.

well, can this be changed? in the demo, even the industries were static, which seems something people here would like to do in their scenarios. how is it done in the demo?

So here is a ported Demo Map. Great!
But I can't get it to download from fileplanet. I am somewhat hesitant to allow installation of their DL-Manager. Is this file hosted elsewhere?
