There's a demand for just about any engine but for me I'm more into late steam/early diesel so the Alco would be sweet as would the SW1, a Century series, a Trainmaster, C-Liner or a whole lot more I could name. :P :lol:

Wood makes sense because the early steam engines were wood burners and the RRoads had to stockpile wood at every little whislte stop so they could refuel and water up. Makes sense to me anyway :P

Thanks for the map Jancsika :) I've only played halfway through the first era so far but it's fun and different. The best part is no CTD's so far either. It sure is great to see new maps coming out now and again!

re the missing sound files: yeah, got those errors in the log since day 1 but according to the log they don't seem to be my problem as the CTD seems to happen long sfter the sound errors show. dual steamers- Been awhile ao I may have to try a few maps that have them but I can't say that those maps C...

Why does it matter if there's a distribution center or not? It just makes the game differesnt and "maybe" more fun. Lots of maps have new twists to make them different and that's probably all thats keeping anyone doing anything much around here. Personally it doesnt matter either way to me as my big...

I play almost every map and I have only 1 gig. I get CTD's like everyone else and they are usually caused by a faulty or conflicting xml though I'm also aware that on occasion SMR just either runs itself out of memory or does some other stupid thing.
