Just wanted to say thanks lots for this map.
It's my favourite of all the user-created ones.
If i had to criticise i'd say it's a little too easy. I finished it with 2 eras to go on robber baron.
But altogether, great job!

Tried to copy and paste from RRT_NAMES_MEXICO.XML to names_enu.xml and start the game . Crashed to desktop??? Hey dwax just managed to get it running myself.
