After applying the patch, which I got off the official Railroads! site, the menu comes up but clicking on Tutorial or Single Player starts them but when the loading screens come up, they just sit there and nothing happens. I installed the game and it runs fine. Every time I patch to 1.1 I keep getting a runtime error. I also tried the no cd exe and still the same. Running Win XP on Duo core 2.1.

I guess no one's Hooked on Railroads! anymore.
