This was probably discussed before:
This is from the RRT_Scenario.XML
<iEraEndMonth>12</iEraEndMonth>
<iEraEndYear>2007</iEraEndYear>
This is not correct. The Era will come to the end at the First of January 2007.
The AI seems to disregard the <iEraEndMonth>12</iEraEndMonth> completely.
Both at the start and the end of the time period?

I did not investigate it, but it is meant that in the era of the last month in 1 year is the month to 12 and if like this below :
<iEraBeginMonth>12</iEraBeginMonth>
<iEraBeginYear>1901</iEraBeginYear>
<iEraEndMonth>12</iEraEndMonth>
it's meant This era began in month to 12 just a month periode you will come to January 1902

Not exactly.
The Era will begin January 1 1901.
BUT
The Era will end January 1 1901.
You will be loosing one year!!
It is important with short timeframe scenarios!!

Let me rephrase that: Mathematically you won't loose, but the Era will end 365 days sooner than expected.
