It was brought up just after the 1.10 upgrade that the new width of the overpass left charactors walking on air. While it may be possible to fix this by digging into the KFM of the Depot models, a temporary fix can be made. Go into the GLOBAL RRT_Depots.xml and the 40th and 41st lines should read:
Delete these 2 lines and save. Then open a map and give the starting Depot a second track.
If you don't use GLOBALS, you can do the same thing with the original RRT_Depots.xml file.
Oh, and while you're at it, take a look at the track closest to the Depot. Don't mention it on the forum, let them find it themselves
